Elevate your homeschool routine with our dynamic Homeschool Weightlifting Program at Abs Workout Plans! Tailored specifically for young athletes, this program is your go-to for building strength, boosting confidence, and cultivating lifelong healthy habits. Under the expert guidance of Abby, our seasoned trainer, students will engage in fun, structured workouts every Tuesday and Thursday with a 1-hour session. Start at 10:15 AM and lasts until 11:15 AM. Enroll your first student for just $90 for the full hour, and add siblings for only $60! 1st classes will start August 5th!
A fun and age-appropriate fitness program for kids ages 9–13, focused on building foundational strength, mobility, and confidence. Runs May 27 – July 31, with 2 one-hour sessions per week. Kids will learn weightlifting basics, bodyweight and resistance training, core work, injury prevention, and enjoy team games—all in a safe and supportive environment.
