If you have a son or daughter ages 10–16 who wants to get stronger, build confidence, and actually learn how to lift the RIGHT way… this is for them.

This is NOT just a workout class.
This is a coached, small-group training program where your child will be taught proper form, technique, and how to feel confident in the gym.

📅 Wednesdays & Fridays
⏰ 10:15–11:00 AM

📆 8 total sessions (45 minutes each)
👥 LIMITED to 8 kids (so everyone gets attention)

✔️ Proper form for squats, deadlifts, presses & more
✔️ How to use weights safely and confidently
✔️ Strength, coordination, and athletic performance
✔️ Gym confidence (no more feeling unsure or intimidated)

This is PERFECT for:

✔️ Beginners who have never lifted before
✔️ Kids who need guidance, structure, and confidence

As a coach, I’m BIG on form and safety—so your child won’t just be “working out”… they’ll actually be learning skills they can use for life.
