Strength and conditioning is the practical application of sports science to enhance your movement quality and boost athletic performance. Alongside strength training, it focuses on training your core, improving flexibility, movement, power, speed, and overall fitness, while also supporting injury rehabilitation. Led by our fearless trainer Hannah, this program is designed for middle school students and older, making it an ideal way to develop essential physical skills. Held every Thursday night from 6:15 to 7:00 pm starting the month of January for a 4-week session, the program is priced at $50 per person.
