Our beginner class introduces younger youth to the fundamentals of weightlifting in a safe and engaging way. Through fun and interactive sessions, participants will learn basic lifts, bodyweight exercises, and the importance of fitness. This class aims to foster a love for strength training and healthy habits early on. These classes are co-ed.
